Common questions
When do I pay?
Upfront before we start sourcing. This keeps the queue moving and
guarantees your delivery timeline.
How are leads delivered?
Via email. Full contact details including name, company, phone, email,
and any qualifying data relevant to your ICP.
What if a lead does not qualify?
We replace it. Every lead is checked against your criteria before we
send it. If one slips through that does not meet your agreed spec, we
source a replacement at no cost.
Can I define my own ICP?
Yes. After you place your order you go through a short onboarding
where you define your ideal client. Industry, geography, company size,
revenue, and any other qualifiers that matter to you.
Is there a contract or lock in?
No contract. Minimum order is 20 leads. After that you can order more
when you want or not at all.
