These terms cover your use of bidmyleads.com and any services you buy from BidMyLeads. By using this site or ordering leads from us you agree to these terms.

What We Do

BidMyLeads finds commercial leads for businesses on a pay per lead basis. We generate, verify, and deliver leads to clients in the United States and Australia based on the criteria agreed in your order.

Who Can Use Our Services

Our services are for businesses only. By ordering from us you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you represent.

Applications and Calls

Submitting an application or booking a call does not create a contract. It is a request to talk. A contract is formed only when you place an order and we accept it.

Orders and Payment

• Lead orders are paid in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Pricing, lead volume, and lead criteria are set out in your order.
• Delivery timelines are estimates. We work to meet them but they are not guaranteed dates.

Leads

• Leads are delivered exclusively to you and are not resold to other clients.
• We verify leads against the criteria in your order before delivery.
• A lead is a contact opportunity. We do not guarantee that any lead will become a customer or produce revenue for you.
• If a delivered lead does not match the agreed criteria, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will review it and replace it if the claim is valid.

Your Responsibilities

• Give us accurate information in your application and order.
• Contact leads professionally and follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including telemarketing, spam, and privacy laws in your region.
• Do not resell, share, or publish leads we deliver to you.

Refunds

Payments cover the work of generating and delivering your leads. Refunds are handled through lead replacement as described above unless your order says otherwise.

Our Content

Everything on this site including text, design, and the BidMyLeads name and logo belongs to us. Do not copy or reuse it without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BidMyLeads is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
